For U.S customers, you may be subject to to newly implemented tariffs (duty fee)

✿ What is the processing time?
Please allow up to 14 business days for me to fulfill your order (plus the additional business days it will take for the package to arrive from the post office to your destination) I currently am shipping out orders every other week.

✿ How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Canada: 1 - 2 weeks

United States: 2 - 4 weeks

International: 3 - 8 weeks

These are only estimated windows and it is possible for your package to take longer due to unforeseen circumstances out of my control (such as holidays, customs, mail volume etc.) I appreciate your patience and understanding.

✿ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! However, due to restrictions these are currently the countries I am shipping to: Canada, USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates

If your destination is not listed above, feel free to send me an email at imawonder.shop@gmail.com and I can double check if it's possible to mail a shipment to you

✿ Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
If you’ve entered your address incorrectly or would like to adjust the items you’ve purchased please contact me as soon as possible and I will try my best to accommodate.
However if the shipment has already been sent out there is nothing I can do at that point.

✿ Will I have to pay customs/import fees?
The buyer is responsible for any possible customs fees or import taxes (including VAT) that may apply.

✿ What is the returns and exchange policy?
All purchases will be final sale.

I do my best to package your orders securely so that they should arrive to you safely. But if somehow they do get poorly damaged during shipment feel free to email me with a photo and I will do my best to accommodate.
